Who am I?

Some would say I am Erik
I have blue eyes
I am long-sighted like my father and have blonde hair —
short and good for swimming
But what you might not know about me is that…

I am Drama

Production — memories of stage, music and dancing
Playing dead, pretending, escaping reality
Living a life that is different to my own
Letting-out-my-energy
Exploring parts of myself that I don’t know

I am a Wolf

A tall, strong leader
Adventurous and braver than my brother
Continuously pursuing my prey
A new wolf every day — my looks may deceive
I change myself inside and act differently, depending on the company I keep

I am a Viking

I row in the waves like my ancient relatives
Used to cold environments, the chill never bothers me
Brave and strong, I am fearless
I need no weapon — my heart is a bright lantern of protection from the darkness
I am a good fisherman — my net catches billions

I am Minecraft

Building houses in tall, glorious trees in the jungle
I let out my rage as I kill virtual sheep
It’s a process of trial and error, building villages, mansions, castles
I am creative — I let my imagination run wild
I smile as I shovel away at the dirt, pickaxing at the stone
I know I’m going to find diamonds soon

I am a Rabbit

Smart and stealthy, hiding from the dark, hiding from the fox, cooling down, surrounded by my friends
Hugging is my specialty — I love getting hugs and high fives
I’m kind and caring, always helping my friends out of their emotional cages of despair
I’m stubbornly persistent — even if people ask me to go away, I still want to play the next day
Like a rabbit, I long to be surrounded by a colony of friends

So who am I, you might ask?

I have blue eyes
I am long-sighted like my father and have blonde hair —
short and good for swimming
I am Erik
